we recommend hand washing your suit with gentle detergent. leave out to dry under the shade or on a hanger.
domestic shipping
ground shipping is free with ups on all orders within the united states (excluding alaska and hawaii). orders will be processed between 1-3 business after receipt of order.
expedited orders with either overnight or two day shipping are sent the same day when placed by 11am pst. fees for expedited shipping options are calculated at checkout.
we cannot ship to a po box.
international shipping
international orders are shipped via dhl express and fees are calculated at checkout. Alstrae is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.
preorders
pre-ordered items will typically ship in 4-6 weeks unless otherwise specified.
sales
sales tax is not applied to orders outside the state of california. for all california orders, a sales tax of 9.5% does apply.
return policy
Items purchased at full price can be returned by united states based customers up to 15 calendar days from date of delivery for a store credit only. items must be in new condition - unwashed, unworn and with original tags and hygienic liner. shipping costs are non-refundable. return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. all products purchased on sale are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
to initiate a return, e-mail info@alstrae.com with your order number and you will receive a return authorization number (RA #) and detailed instructions on how to go about completing your return. please note that a return sent without a return authorization, will be returned to sender. please put your RA # on the outside of the shipping box, as returns without an RA # will not be accepted.
